Shipping policy

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days within the United States, and you'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the US. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@velvetclaw.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
